AH+co will CLOSE on Thursday, December 20 (11:59 p.m. CST), with final orders being shipped via First Class or Priority Mail by December 20 with an anticipated arrival before Christmas (for shipments in the U.S. only).

Please note that actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may vary according to the destination, post office acceptance times, and other conditions outside the control of AH+co. Although we cannot guarantee delivery dates, every possible effort will be made to ensure your order arrives before Christmas.

International orders made with the intent of arriving before Christmas must be placed by December 7 (11:59 p.m., CST) for anticipated delivery by Christmas (not guaranteed due to customs; express shipping options are available for an additional charge when received by December 14). International orders will continue shipping up through December 20, but may not arrive before Christmas. 

AH+co shop will be closed beginning Thursday, December 20, and will reopen January 4, 2019. Any orders placed after Thursday, December 20, 2018, will not ship until January 4, 2019.

 Monthly subscriptions placed online by December 25 will arrive between January 1-2, 2019.


Prints (8x10”, 11x14”), gifts, and greeting cards ship within 2-5 business days of your order date. Posters (16x20”) ship within 5-10 business days of your order date. When an item is listed as back-ordered on the product page, an estimated shipping time will be listed. Currently, all orders are processed and shipped from Dallas, Texas, via USPS first class or priority mail.

Please note international shipping carriers have delivery times that cannot be guaranteed at the time you place your order. Transit times may vary due to customs. Andrea Howey & Co is not responsible for any additional customs fees, tariffs, delays in customs processing, or duties incurred on international shipments.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be split to ship to multiple addresses. If you would like to have items sent to more than one address, please place separate orders with the items you want to be sent to each location.

Are you sending something directly to someone you love? We would love to include a special hand-written note and a lovely little extra packaging touch. Please include your gift message in the “special instructions for seller” section of the shopping cart. Please take care to ensure the “ship to” address has the correct gift recipient name and mailing address.

All sales are final on physical and/or digital goods. No refunds or exchanges of physical goods may be made once your order has shipped (on digital goods, no refunds or exchanges will be made once an order has been placed online).

If the item(s) ordered were damaged in shipping, please contact us in writing via email at orders@andreahowey.com within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly work to resolve the situation for you.

You may be asked to submit a digital photo of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in (for purposes of shipping insurance claims), along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to the item(s). You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days confirming receipt of your request and replacement(s) will be sent to the original mailing address.

Items missing from your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email to orders@andreahowey.com and will be eligible for replacement, exchange, or a refund.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Orders shipped to recipients in Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
